Payment Policy

Orders move to processing only after successful payment authorization. The enabled checkout methods are the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Authorization and verification

Payment providers may authorize, review, decline, or request additional verification. Customers must submit accurate billing details. A high-risk, incomplete, declined, or unverifiable transaction may be delayed or canceled.

Card and account security

This page does not store complete card numbers. Payment information is handled through checkout and the applicable payment service under its own security processes.

Declines, holds, disputes, and currency

A card issuer or payment provider usually controls failed payments, declines, authorization holds, charge disputes, and currency conversion. Contact that provider when account-level details or release timing are needed.

Refund destination

When a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method. Provider posting time can continue after we process the refund.
